Tanmen タンメン is a type of ramen. Tanmen usually has a lot of stir-fried vegetables in it.

北極ラーメン Hokkyoku Ramen was so spicy for me that I could felt the sweat running down my head and face. I got a runny nose while eating it. However, it was very tasty.
* You should bring a towel if you sweat easily.
北極ラーメン Hokkyoku Ramen is about twice spicier than 蒙古タンメン Mouko Tanmen. It has a strong red color soup.
When I had Hokkyoku Ramen for the first time I didn't think I would be able to handle its spiciness. Therefore, I chose a half size ramen of a set meal (as described later).
I ate up all the noodles and soup. It was really spicy, but tasted good. However, I won't eat a regular size of this next time.
I spent the next day on the toilet with my ass on fire. 😡
