I went to the restaurant only once in 2010. All photos were taken at that time, but the information is collected in June 2020.
Beaten raw whole egg is always used as the ideal dipping sauce for Sukiyaki.
If you don't want to eat raw egg, eating Sukiyaki without the raw egg sauce is OK, because Sukiyaki is cooked with sweet sukiyaki sauce. I think you can enjoy Sukiyaki without the egg.
