I highly recommend their OYAKODON. It is a type of Japanese chicken dish. They also offer beef bowl, katsudon (pork cutlet bowl), noodles (udon / soba), curry rice and so on.

I have had several dishes off the menu at NAKAU, but I think Simmered Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl (親子丼 Oyakodon) is the best choice.

They use Kyoto style broth. The broth is light color but it has rich Umami (Japanese Dashi flavor) taste.
Sliced one which is made from fish paste, tempura crust and chopped green onion are topped on it.

There was another set meal of fried chicken including miso soup and pickles, but I separately ordered the foods (pictured above) from a la cart menu.
First, buy meal tickets at the ticketing machine.
Next, find yourself an empty seat.
There are spoons, mixed chili pepper, dashi soy sauce and red pickled ginger on the table. Eating the chicken bowl with a spoon would be a good idea.

You can put it on any kinds of food if you like strong soy sauce taste.
