About Omelette Rice
In Japan, it is called Omu-Rice オムライス which is stir-fried rice wrapped in an omelet with sauce on it.
This omu-rice in the picture above is a standard type. It is made of stir-fried ketchup rice. Usually there are chicken and vegetables inside such as onion. We put ketchup on it.
However, many restaurants make omu-rice into their own version.

I found amazingly inexpensive and delicious omu-rice in Kochi 高知 Japan. A restaurant offers this at lunch time (11:00 am - 2:30 pm) on weekdays.
