Bite-sized chicken
This chicken numban is cooked like deep-fried breaded chicken, and it is put sweet vinegar sauce on it only a little bit, so the batter stays crispy. After frying it is not soaked in the sauce.
This is called chicken numban sushi at a sushi bar, but I think it is not soaked in the sweet vinegar sauce. Just it is topped with tartar sauce. It tasted so-so.
