I had Chicken Namban & Deep Fried Chicken Set Meal including large rice and consomme soup as pictured.
They offer reasonable food, and their rice is amazingly high quality and delicious!

This dish has 2 kinds of deep fried chicken.

The left one (chicken namban) has sweet vinegar sauce topped with tartar sauce on it.
The differences between these 2 items are not only the sauces. Another difference is the taste and texture of the batter.
The one on the right side (deep fried chicken) uses marinated chicken in seasoned batter. It is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and it's a typical fried chicken in Japan.

The one on the left side uses more simple batter, and tastes like chicken tempura. After frying, the sauces make the batter a bit softer. It tastes sweet and sour, and it's mouth-watering.
However, some other restaurants also offer similar items, but they use typical fried chicken for these 2 items.

I prefer chicken thigh to chicken breast when I eat deep fried chicken. Probably, they use juicy chicken thigh.

First, buy meal tickets at the ticketing machine, when you get in the restaurant.

In some branches of this restaurant chain, there are 2 kinds of meal ticketing machines at the entrance. Only one of them accepts credit cards such as VISA and Master.

You can change the language of the touch screen from Japanese to English.

If you order a set meal including rice and soup, you can upgrade the rice to the large size for free, but the extra large is required to pay an additional 50 yen.
You can also choose the soup from consomme soup or miso soup when you purchase the set meal.
You can reasonably change the soup to alcoholic drink. It is required to pay an additional fee.
