Mameshiba Dog Cafe momoca in Kami City Kochi 高知 Prefecture of Shikoku 四国, Japan.
This cafe opened in September 2018. It is still unknown to many people. Right now, you should go there by car.
The cafe's parking lot only fits 5 or 6 cars, even if you park close together.
It would be ideal to carpool with your group in a compact car if possible.
There are 2 kinds of anime ANPANMAN manholes on the way to the cafe from the parking lot.

They were suddenly so excited to see the dog food!
The dog in the red clothing is really shy. When people try to touch and pet her, she always runs away. But when people start feeding the dogs, she wants to stay with them to get the food.

Once you order a food you can stay at the dog terrace as long as you want.
This is amazingly good fee system.
I guess that if the cafe become popular and busy, the system might be changed to more expensive.
