I prefer the Sukiya's kimchi to another beef bowl chain Matsuya's one.
When I go to Sukiya I often have kimuchi beef bowl.

When I mix a raw egg with beef bowl, I always put both egg white and yolk into a cup and beat them using chopsticks.

If you are not comfortable with eating raw eggs, you can just mix the yolk without the egg white by using an "egg separator" as pictured above.

Or, you can switch the raw egg with a half boiled egg for an additional cost of 20 yen.
